The Green Flow hotel chain plans to build a healing center with a thermal complex in Altai. The basis will be a project that the company is implementing on Lake Baikal, the founder of the Green Flow hotel chain, investor Alexander Tertychny, said in a statement to TASS. "Currently, we are implementing three projects for the construction of thermal complexes at once.
The development prospects for us are Altai, Karelia and the Kaliningrad Region. <...> In Altai, we are currently looking at land for the implementation of the project. We are here in search of sites, we have already looked at the territory of the Belokurikha Gornaya cluster in the Altai Territory and the Altai Republic. We will take as a basis the project that we are implementing on Lake Baikal and scale it to Altai," Tertychny commented. In the construction project in Altai, only the area will change.
"Baikal is the basis for us. In fact, we will make a copy paste and scale this project, coming to a new territory. We will take it as a basis," Tertychny stressed, without specifying the cost of the project in Altai. Earlier, Tertychny reported that the volume of investments in the construction of the first four-star hotel and wellness center near Lake Baikal on the territory of the special economic zone (SEZ) in the Republic of Buryatia increased to 2 billion rubles.
The wellness center will occupy an area of 1.3 thousand square meters. m, it will have rooms for medical procedures in Oriental traditions, a spa. There will also be heated swimming pools with views of Lake Baikal, fitness centers, a sauna complex, a children's center, souvenir shops. The second stage of the project is also planned - a building for 96 apartments and 15-20 bungalows. The cost of accommodation in the hotel will vary from 7 to 14 thousand rubles, depending on the season.
