Acceptance of applications for the governor's scholarship has started in the Astrakhan region. Incentive payments will be available to students based on the results of the summer examination session of the 2021-2022 academic year. Applications can be left until October 7.

Of all the applicants, the scholarship will traditionally be awarded to the 50 best candidates. These are students who study in the second and subsequent full-time courses. For the last two semesters, they should have "excellent" and "good" grades.

In addition, applicants must provide certificates, diplomas, letters of thanks, as well as awards for public activities.
