The "Seagull" flew away from Vinokurov to Yumasheva
The terms of the participants in the "purchase and sale" transaction of the clinic were not made public. Polina Yumasheva, the ex-wife of billionaire Oleg Deripaska, acquired the Chaika clinic chain from media investor and businessman Alexander Vinokurov.
Polina Yumasheva bought 86.37 percent in the Chaika Group. The group's net profit last year amounted to 155 million rubles. It is located in the parent structure of the medical network of clinics "Chaika", this is indicated by the data of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. Interfax drew attention to this. Previously, the owner of the medical organization was the founder and CEO of the company Alexander Vinokurov.
The businessman confirmed the deal with Yumasheva on the "Seagull". Vinokurov did not disclose the amount of the transaction. "We agreed not to disclose the amount of the transaction," he explained, adding that the transaction was executed in the form of a regular purchase and sale agreement, it is not an exchange of assets. He clarified that he remains in the position of CEO of the network of clinics for the time being.
Another 9.6% and 3.9% of the shares of Chaika belong to Vinokurov's former colleagues at KIT Finance bank Maxim Tsyganov and Sergey Tikhonov, and 0.05% — Vyacheslav Klyuchnikov, follows from the data of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
