About 16.5 thousand kilometers of Russian roads will be brought to a standard condition
The work on the roads of Russia carried out within the framework of the national project "Safe high-quality Roads" has been completed by almost three quarters of the volume planned for 2022. This is reported on the websites of the Government of the Russian Federation with reference to Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin.
"The area of laying asphalt concrete and other types of pavement in the regions participating in the national project already amounts to more than 98 million square meters out of the planned 131 million square meters, that is, we have already completed the plan by almost three quarters. We keep the pace, we continue to work," the Deputy Prime Minister said.
In 2022, it is planned to bring more than 5 thousand objects with a total length of about 16.5 thousand kilometers into the regulatory state.
Khusnullin noted that at the moment 1,923 objects have already been put into operation, with a total length of 4.3 thousand kilometers.
The website of the Cabinet of Ministers says that in the Penza region, most of the road facilities under construction under the national project have already been put into operation. The works scheduled for 2022 are scheduled to be completed there on September 30. In total, more than 140 kilometers of highways will be updated in the region this year.
In the Kabardino-Balkar Republic, road works have already been completed at 21 facilities. 88 kilometers of highways out of 100 kilometers planned have already been put into operation in the region.
In Sochi, Novorossiysk and Krasnodar agglomerations, where road works planned for 2022 have already been completed. Repair works of the 2023 plan have started in these regions. In some areas, the work planned for 2023 will be completed by the end of 2022.
