Russia and Serbia agree to cooperate in the development of digital technologies
Russia and Serbia will cooperate in the development of digital technologies, as well as will open the first foreign platform of collective work "Boiling Point" in Belgrade. The memorandum of understanding was signed within the framework of the official visit of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin to Serbia, as follows from the document at the disposal of RIA Novosti. The relevant document on cooperation in the field of innovation and technological development was signed by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI), Russian Venture Company (RVC), VEB Innovations and the Serbian government. The parties intend to cooperate in the field of innovation and technological development, as well as to promote contacts between interested organizations of both countries. "First of all, between scientific-technological, innovation and industrial parks, startup centers, universities, research and innovation organizations," the document states. In addition, it is planned to open a special virtual-physical platform "Boiling Point" in Belgrade. Within the framework of the memorandum, representatives of the two countries can plan and implement joint projects, form joint working groups, establish cooperation between interested companies using services of scientific-technological, innovation and industrial parks and startups and organizations. It is also planned to organize "business missions" between interested organizations of the two countries, joint search of companies and investment funds to finance innovative projects.
