This amount was provided by the Russian Government in 2022 for payments to those who were awarded the title of "Mother Heroine", the Order of Parental Glory or its medal. This was informed by the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers.

"The government allocates more than 30 million rubles for these purposes this year. The corresponding order has been signed," he reported.Mishustin also recalled that Russian President Vladimir Putin this year decided to revive the honorary title of "Mother Heroine" that existed in Soviet times.

"Along with its appropriation, a serious financial incentive is also provided: 1 million rubles," the prime minister said.

Mishustin also pointed out that since January of this year, the amount of payments for awarding the Order of "Parental Glory" has increased five times - up to 500 thousand rubles. Also in August, payment was introduced for the first time when awarding a medal of such an order. It is 200 thousand rubles.
