The excess supply volume for herring over the past week allowed the trend of a decrease in wholesale prices for Pacific herring to continue, namely by 1.8 percent, the United Press Service of Rosrybolovstvo informs.

Over the past week in the Far East, under the influence of excess supply, the trend towards a decrease in wholesale prices for Pacific herring, namely a decrease of 1.8 percent, has been maintained. The price for 1 kilogram of frozen herring is 54 rubles per 1 kilogram. Prices for other types of frozen fish have not changed much.

In the retail segment, this week in the regions of Russia there is a decrease of 1-2 percent in average retail prices for canned fish: sardine ivasi costs 99.6 rubles against 100.8 last week, Atlantic cod liver is sold for 299.2 rubles against 317.8 last week.
