Rostec has delivered six new helicopters for air ambulance
Three Ansats and three Mi-8MTV-1s are ready for medical flights. This is reported in the Telegram channel of Rostec.
As reported in the release of the state corporation, helicopters can operate in any climatic conditions and on any, including unprepared, sites.
"The light Ansat is designed to transport one patient accompanied by two doctors. Versatility is the key advantage of this rotorcraft. The Mi-8MTV-1 multipurpose helicopters, in addition to training for the installation of medical modules, are equipped with 22 seats," the report says. The machines are already performing sanitary tasks in the regions: Mi-8MTV-1 helps doctors in Ulan-Ude, Syktyvkar and Gorno-Altaysk, and Ansats are on duty in Lipetsk, Mineralnye Vody and Ulyanovsk.
