Russia intends to build a solar power plant with a capacity of up to 300 MW in Kyrgyzstan. As the AKM news agency clarifies with reference to the data of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the object is planned to be located in the Issyk-Kul region.

"Unigrin Energy Group and Bishkek Solar LLC signed a corresponding agreement within the framework of the Russian-Kyrgyz Investment Forum, which was held on October 7-8 in Osh with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia," the news said.

The agency informs that Unigreen Energy is a vertically integrated full—cycle company in the field of renewable energy. She conducts projects related to solar energy in Asia, Africa, Latin America, the CIS and Russia.
