The St. Petersburg company Polisan, one of the leaders in Russia in the production of medicines, has increased the production of its products by 20%. All according to the national project "Labor Productivity". This was reported by the press service of the St. Petersburg Employment Center.

"The Scientific and Technological Pharmaceutical Company Polisan has completed the implementation of a pilot project to optimize production processes within the framework of the national project "Labor Productivity". Successful measures have allowed to reduce the time of the process by 33%, the volume of work-in-progress by 18%, as well as to increase production in the stream by 20%. Polisan employees and experts from the Regional Center of Competence in the Field of Labor Productivity have been working together for six months to optimize the process of manufacturing and packaging of sterile drugs. The company employs professionals and like-minded people. A strong team led by the active participation of the head of the enterprise contributed to the achievement of high results in the implementation of the project to increase labor productivity at the enterprise," the message said.

The company's management intends to continue working within the framework of the national project "Labor Productivity". We have already planned the opening of new projects to optimize the work of production sites in other divisions of the enterprise.
