The Moscow authorities have provided 32 companies with the status of industrial complexes and technoparks with land plots for rent at preferential rates — 0.3% and 0.01% of their cadastral value, respectively. The benefit is granted for 10 years and applies to enterprises operating in socially significant and knowledge-intensive industries. This was told by the vice-mayor of the capital Vladimir Efimov. His words are quoted by the press service of the city government.
"A wide range of support measures from the city is available to the capital's entrepreneurs. For organizations with the status of technoparks or industrial complexes, since 2016, there has been a reduced rate on land lease — 0.01% and 0.3% of the cadastral value, respectively. At the moment, 32 companies enjoy such benefits. They lease 48 plots with a total area of almost 78 hectares," Yefimov said.
It should be noted that in 2021, the city authorities granted a privilege to lease almost 12 hectares of land to eight companies with special statuses, and in 2022 — to six enterprises for 10 plots with an area of 5.8 hectares.
