To ensure food safety in the conditions of sanctions pressure, a pilot agrobiotechnopark will be created in the Novosibirsk region. This was told by the director of the Department of Coordination of Organizations in the field of agricultural Sciences of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia Vugar Bagirov.

"We plan, together with the Governor of the Novosibirsk region Andrey Aleksandrovich Travnikov, with the region, to create for the first time in our country as part of the implementation of the federal project "Agrarian Science - a step into the future" the first pilot agrobiotechnopark, namely in the Novosibirsk region," Bagirov said at the opening of the Novosibirsk Agro-Food Forum.

According to him, together with the regional Ministry of Agriculture, a roadmap has already been developed. The project will be implemented next year. It is planned to build an agrobiotechnopark in the village of Krasnoobsk.

"It will be implemented not in one year, incrementally. We will create conditions for the first residents, anchor residents, and as the number of enterprises that want to enter this park increases, we will add infrastructure," explained the Governor of the Novosibirsk Region Andrey Travnikov.
