Since the beginning of this year, the export of fish products from the Khabarovsk Territory has increased by 74%. It is transported mainly to China, Japan and Korea. This was reported in the Rosselkhoznadzor administration for the Khabarovsk Territory, the Jewish Autonomous and Magadan regions.

"The total volume of exported fish products in 2022 amounted to more than 6,141 tons, which is an increase of 4,566 tons (74%) compared to the same period in 2021, 43 veterinary certificates were issued. China, Japan, and Korea remain the main export destinations," the report says.

Since the beginning of the year, more than 3.3 thousand tons of various fish products have been exported to China alone, including smelt, Pacific herring, crucian carp, carp, pike, verhoglyad, and salmon caviar. And last Thursday, state inspectors conducted veterinary control of 20 tons of frozen chum salmon exported to China.
