More fresh cucumbers will be grown by farmers of the Voronezh region
The production of greenhouse cucumbers will be increased in the Voronezh region. This was reported in the official Telegram channel of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.
"Agroholding "ECO-culture" will build greenhouses with an area of 40 hectares in the Bobrovsky district. They will receive 60 thousand tons of cucumbers annually. The new facilities are the fourth stage of the Voronezh complex, which already grows 45 thousand tons of tomatoes per year. The launch of cucumber greenhouses, the construction of which will cost 15 billion rubles, will not only scale the business, but also solve an important social task – more than 700 jobs will appear in the region," the report says.
The project is planned to be completed in 2024.
