From November 2 to 3, 2022, the 2nd exhibition-forum "Made in Russia. An important event for the beauty industry, which was attended by more than 2000 people, took place at the site of the Red October.

Within the framework of the Forum, representatives of business in the field of "beauty" and public authorities were able to discuss key issues of the industry, including the acceleration of the process of import substitution by domestic companies. The event has become an important part of the development of the strategy of Russia's independence from the global conjuncture. As part of the business program, the participants of the exhibition-forum were able to get acquainted with the presentations of new achievements and promising developments of companies

The event once again confirmed that at the moment the "beautiful" business is one of the fastest growing sectors of the economy. It has a high-tech industrial production of cosmetic products and equipment for beauty salons, aesthetic medicine clinics. 65 companies took part in the exhibition, and star guests came to get acquainted with the products of which: Elena Zakharova, Loya, Mitya Fomin, Ilana Yurieva, Masha Tsigal, the group "Five", Maxim Zavidia, Svetlana Pyreskina, Polina Hertz, etc.

Several expo zones were opened at the Forum: hairdressing zone, make-up, eyelashes and eyebrows, cosmetology zone, perfumery, nail service and contract production. Domestic brands, suppliers and producers of raw materials presented their products at them, and a special press area was organized for accredited media to conduct interviews. The participants were able to attend master classes from beauty industry professionals, learn about new brands and take advantage of special prices for products. So, the mastery of hairdressing was shared by: Ruslan Tatyanin, Valery Tigrov and the team, Demetrius school and Dmitry Vasheshnikov, Pavel Kondratiev, Aurora Bogdanova, Alexander Kabanov, Elena Alekseyuk, Irina Ganzyuk, Alexey Khazov and the team, Genia Rosen school, Evgenia Dubchak and the team, Alex Blinov, David Badalov, Alyona Fernandova, Akop Petrosyan, Grigory Dubenkov, Elizaveta Zaprudina, Danila Alfyorov.

The main session of the event was a panel discussion "The beauty industry in the era of sanctions". The participants in the dialogue discussed the unification of business and government in search of common solutions as a strategic basis for Russian manufacturers of the beauty and health industry, measures of state support, parallel import and export, simplification of the procedure for obtaining a registration certificate, as a tool to accelerate the process of import substitution and the fight against the "gray market" and logistics solutions for small and microbusiness.

The discussion was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Russian Export Center, the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the State Duma of the Russian Federation.

The Forum was attended by more than 100 speakers and industry experts.

The Forum ended on a solemn note – at the end of the evening, the presentation of the First Prize in the field of beauty and health "Made in Russia" took place. The best of the best were chosen by the representatives of the jury, and famous figures of culture, politics, business elite and show business congratulated the nominees.

"The autumn exhibition-forum "Made in Russia" has become one of the most important this year for the beauty industry. Our country is facing new challenges and the beauty and health industry is no exception. However, these challenges also open up new opportunities. A beautiful business does not isolate itself from the global world, but moves forward, reacts to any changes. "Beauty Event: Made in Russia" is a business card of the achievements of Russian technologies and a platform for building communications and finding tools to solve current problems and support entrepreneurs in the beauty industry as a whole.
