More than 9 million new users have become Sberbank customers in a year

More than 9 million people have become clients of Sberbank's largest loyalty program since November 2021. This was reported to the editorial board of "Made in Russia" in the press service of the company with reference to the director of the Loyalty division of Sberbank, the general director of the loyalty program "Sberbank" Andrey Pisarev.

During the year, 165 new partners joined the loyalty program, with whom Sberbank launched more than 450 joint promotions: from sales to gamification. Moreover, by the birthday of the Savings Bank — the "Green Day" — Sberbank has an increased accrual of bonuses for purchases from partners, as well as the opportunity for several participants to win large prizes up to 1 million bonuses.

As noted in the press service, since November 2021, customers have spent about 61 billion Sberbank bonuses, having written them off more than 100 million times. The most popular categories among users were "Supermarkets", "Cafes and restaurants", "Clothes and shoes", "Electronics and household appliances".
