VEB Ventures will be a strategic partner of the "Global Technology Leadership" forum, which will be held from 5 to 7 December in Sochi. The objective of the discussions will be to identify the key needs of all venture market participants to form an effective digital technology policy aimed at achieving leading positions in the global high-tech market.

On the first day of the forum, VEB Ventures CEO Oleg Teplov will moderate the discussion "Synergy for Global Leadership. Digital Technology Policy". The session participants will discuss how the existing formats of interaction between development institutions and corporations meet the interests of the parties and whether the logic of the free market works for this kind of interaction. Among the speakers are Boris Glazkov, Vice President of Rostelecom; Timur Burunbayev, Head of the Project Office for Digital Economy at Rostech; Alexander Khlunov, General Director of the Russian Science Foundation; and Kirill Varlamov, General Director of the FRI.

On the second day of the forum VEB Ventures will organize a panel session "Corporations and Cooperation". The main topic of discussion is corporations' work with young technology companies. Startups will share their experience of interaction with large businesses, and corporations will answer the question: what do industrial and industrial giants expect from technological teams, universities and the state? The session will be attended by representatives of PJSC "Rosseti", SC "EFCO", Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
