Russia has the necessary potential for the popularization and development of domestic goods and services. At the moment, the country has made significant progress in many areas, but there are still reforms that, if adopted, can significantly improve performance in various areas. This opinion was expressed in an interview with the editorial board of "Made in Russia" by Vladimir Zakrevsky, Candidate of Philosophical Sciences, expert of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives.

"I assess the potential of popularization of domestic goods and services under the brand "Made in Russia" positively. In the field of education, I think it's great that we abandoned the Bologna system. Russia needs to revive the domestic education system and transform socio-humanitarian scientific activity independently," the expert noted.

In his opinion, in the field of education in Russia, some provisions of the system of work with gifted youth in Germany should be adopted. The expert believes that "the organizational mechanism of scientific activity will be useful for our country."

In addition, Zakrevsky expressed his opinion on support measures for domestic producers. In particular, he drew attention to the possibility of transferring socio-humanitarian technologies.

"Today we need reforms in educational and scientific activities that will stimulate the younger generation of Russia," he said.

Among the areas in which positive dynamics of development is noticeable in Russia, the specialist highlighted information technology and digitalization.

Recall that in Russia, as part of the implementation of the decrees of Russian President Vladimir Putin, the national project "Digital Economy" is being implemented. Its main objectives are:

• the increase in internal costs for the development of the digital economy at the expense of all sources (by share in the gross domestic product of the country) is at least four times compared to 2017;
• creation of a stable and secure information and telecommunications infrastructure for high-speed transmission, processing and storage of large amounts of data, accessible to all organizations and households;
• the use of mainly domestic software by state bodies, local self-government bodies and organizations.
