Moscow is implementing 20 projects of integrated development of territories (CRT), the total area of which exceeds 314 hectares. It is planned to build modern production facilities, schools, kindergartens, offices and other facilities on these sites. It is expected that this will create more than 71 thousand new jobs in the capital. This was stated by the vice-mayor of the city Vladimir Efimov, his words are quoted by the press service of the Moscow government.

"The city has approved projects for the integrated development of four more sites, the reorganization of which will be handled by city operators — the Moscow Residential Renovation Fund, the state-owned enterprise Complex Development of Territories and the joint-stock company SEZ Technopolis Moscow. Thus, the total number of integrated territorial development projects implemented in the capital has increased to 20. About 633 billion rubles will be invested in the redevelopment of these sites. 6.8 million square meters of real estate will be built there," the vice mayor said.

Recall that the purpose of the CRT program is to return to circulation abandoned or inefficiently used land. According to its results, it is planned to create about 550 thousand new jobs in Moscow, and the total investment should amount to 7 billion rubles. The budget will receive about 3 billion rubles.
