A new kindergarten has been opened in the Arkhangelsk region. It is notable for the fact that it has become the northernmost, and is located on Novaya Zemlya, in the village of Belushya Guba. This was told by the governor Alexander Tsybulsky in his Telegram channel.

"The northernmost kindergarten has opened on Novaya Zemlya in the village of Belushya Guba. Children of servicemen of the 12th Main Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Russia will go to the new modern kindergarten. The institution is designed for 360 pre-school children from one and a half years old. Everything necessary has been provided for the kids - from playrooms to a sand therapy room and a swimming pool," Tsybulsky writes.

Among the unusual things in the kindergarten there is a photarium - a phototherapy room for irradiation with ultraviolet and thermal rays, and a halocamera – a room with the conditions of a salt cave for halotherapy.

The kindergarten cost the budget more than 1.2 billion rubles. About 2.5 thousand people live permanently in Belusha Bay on Yuzhny Island.
