Almost 50% of companies in Russia plan to give New Year's gifts to employees' children
49% of the surveyed companies in the country plan to give gifts to the children of employees for the New Year. This is a record for the last 10 digits. The results of the SuperJob survey are published by TASS.
According to the agency, 1 thousand HR managers from all districts of the country took part in the survey of the service.
"Every seventh company (14%) will give gifts to employees for the New Year, every second (49%) to their children, and in every fifth organization (21%) New Year's surprises are provided for both. This year, a record number of companies plans to give gifts to both employees and their children over the past 10 years: 3 percentage points more than a year ago, and 6 percentage points more than in the pre-2019. There are also more enterprises that prepare surprises only for children than ever before," the results of the study say.
In 2021, 44% of companies gave gifts to children, in 2020 - 42%.
