Employees of the Babaevsky Forestry Enterprise in the Vologda region began to work 7% more efficiently thanks to the participation of the enterprise in the national project "Labor Productivity", the Department of Economic Development of the region reports.

During participation in the national project, a working group of 14 people was formed at the enterprise, who were trained in the theory of lean production, and later began to introduce knowledge in the lumber production stream.

"In December, the active phase of work on the implementation of the national project "Labor Productivity" at Babaevsky LPH JSC is coming to an end. Work on the project has been carried out at the enterprise since March 2022 under the leadership of the regional competence center in the field of labor productivity," the Department of Economic Development of the Volgograd Region said in a statement.
