The Michelin gastronomic guide will not remove stars from Russian restaurants, this was reported by representatives of RBC.

Restaurants that have been marked with Michelin Red Guide stars will be able to continue to mention their award, but only "indicating the year and city", while they will not be able to confirm them in the new year. This is due to the fact that since the beginning of 2022, the gastronomic guide has suspended its activities in Russia.

Recall that in 2021, the prestigious Michelin restaurant guide was first published for Russia. The selection includes 69 of the best Moscow restaurants, of which nine were awarded special awards — Michelin stars. Seven metropolitan restaurants received one star — Selfie, Beluga, Grand Cru, White Rabbit, Biologie, Sakhalin and Savva. Two more establishments were awarded two stars at once — Artest-Chef's Table and Twins Garden.
