The volume of exports of grain and its processed products from Primorsky Krai to South Korea in 2022 has already increased 2.8 times compared to 2021. This is stated in the message of the Primorsky Interregional Rosselkhoznadzor Administration.

"In 2022, 16 types of grain and processed products with a total weight of 110,643.9 tons were exported to the Republic of Korea. Compared to last year, exports of products increased 2.8 times. Since the beginning of the year, 95,218.4 tons of corn, 9,420 tons of wheat, 2,444 tons of soybeans and other types of grain and products of its processing have been exported to the Republic of Korea through the primorsky phytosanitary posts," the ministry noted.

China remains the main importer of Primorsky grain and soybeans. The main export crops of Primorsky Krai are corn and soybeans. This year, the export of agricultural products from Primorsky Krai should amount to about $ 1.8 billion.
