Previously, we have already written about the new online trade mission provided by different state-owned export support organizations. Now Russian Export Center also made a statement about hosting an online trade mission for composite material manufacturers to take place for several days from June 8 untill July 8, 2020.
Companies that are actively developing or are just planning to launch their export business will have an opportunity to hold negotiations with foreign potential buyers and partners via video conference.
Online negotiations, according to the REC PR, will meet all basic computer security requirements and use SSL and SRTP protocols for data encryption. For the exporter, all activities within the trade mission will be free of charge.
The whole mission will be divided into 4 parts: first, the company will be asked to provide information and promotional materials about its products, its competitive advantages, desired importer countries and the portrait of the target audience. The result of the first stage will be a summary presentation of the business mission participants, translated into major foreign languages. Further, during the second stage, REC representatives will define a list of foreign contractors best suited to the exporter, thus forming a set of potential buyers.
The final third and fourth stages will be aimed at acquaintance of the exporter and the potential buyer by correspondence, familiarization with detailed information about each other and organization of a number of personal negotiation sessions.
For reference. Russian Export Center is a state-owned institute that provides export support with a wide range of financial and non-financial products.
