Russian plants of specialized equipment and the management of the the Russian Association of Specialized Machinery and Equipment (Rosspetsmash Association) are to visit manufacturers plants in Japan.

During the visit Russian companies are to take an industrial tour to see the progress and solutions of the Japanese colleagues and will study the the KAIZEN strategy for increasing productivity.

KAIZEN refers to a special way of doing business that on all levels aimed on improvement the functions of all the employees.

Despite the fact that Russian machine building plants are very dedicated to making their products better they also tend to be open to all practices especially the ones formed in very advanced and sophisticated countries as Japan.
