A block with an updated iso-factory will appear in the north of Moscow

The developer Forma will erect 220 thousand square meters of housing in the Airport area in the north of Moscow as part of a redevelopment project, and it is also planned to restore the cultural heritage object - the art factory of architect Georgy Golts. This is stated in the press service of the developer, reports TASS.
"The company plans to build 220 thousand square meters of business class housing under the redevelopment project on the Clock Street in the Airport area, on a plot with a total area of 9.4 hectares. The delivery of the first stage of construction is scheduled for 2025," the company noted.
The project involves the construction of 10 multi-height residential towers from 17 to 35 floors, as well as medium-height residential sections from six to nine floors. The complex will have 3,793 apartments, and it will also include two preschool institutions for 100 and 200 places. The developer made a bet on the educational and creative infrastructure of the project. On the territory of the project there is a cultural heritage object with an area of 4.5 thousand square meters - the iso-factory of architect Georgy Golts (1933-1938), it is planned to restore it.
