In the Murmansk region, children from large families will be taught free of charge in secondary vocational education institutions. The regional budget will pay for the studies. About 4.5 million rubles will be spent for these purposes in 2022 and 2023. This was told by the governor Andrey Chibis.

"We have decided that the education of children from large families in secondary vocational education programs will be free of charge. This rule will be extended, including for the current academic year, which began on September 1," Chibis said at an operational meeting in the government of the Arctic.

According to him, the costs that parents with many children have already incurred for training in the outgoing year will also be compensated.
