Construction of a new museum complex of the Tretyakov Gallery on Kadashevskaya Embankment in Moscow; reconstruction and restoration of the St. Petersburg Rimsky-Korsakov State Conservatory and restoration of the Leo Tolstoy Estate Museum "Yasnaya Polyana".

The Cabinet clarifies that, thanks to these funds, it will be possible to relocate people from emergency housing faster than planned. It is known that, thanks to the redistribution of 22.1 billion rubles in 2022-2023, housing conditions will be able to improve over 15 thousand people.
