Russian cosmetics manufacturer Pervoye Reshenie has appealed to its customers for support due to the difficult situation in which the company finds itself.

As follows from the official statement, the manufacturer may completely stop its activities due to a claim for 4.5bn rubles.

In March this year there was a fire in a non-residential premise in Dmitrov near Moscow, where the producer rents an area. The owner of the facility, En+ Recycling, sued the company for 4.5 billion rubles.

"We argue that the fire was not the fault of First Solution LLC," the company said in an official statement.

The manufacturer stressed that the said amount is "enormous for any honest business". As a result, the company may cease its activities, namely production facilities and beauty shops may close, which will lead to the unemployment of thousands of people, the company said.

Earlier it was reported that under the court order Natura Siberica, "Grandma's recipes Agafia", Organic shop, Planete organica and other brands, which belong to the manufacturer, were arrested.

According to media reports, Natura Siberica filed a counterclaim against En+ Recycling for 490m rubles.
