The Kovylkinskiy feed mill launched a new grain cleaning and drying complex.

For this purpose, special equipment made in Argentina was installed at the enterprise. It represents a whole complex with the carrying capacity of 220 tons of grain per hour, and in general the daily capacity of grain drying machine exceeds 12 thousand tons.

This equipment allows air to pass evenly. The gaps between the grains, which appear due to the passage of the rotating flow, provide a freer passage of air. This in turn reduces the moisture content during the process, and the output is increased by one tonne of product.

The drying algorithm includes pauses in the introduction of hot air, so that the moisture evaporates quickly and economically.

Importantly, the new complex is ready to start operating in an intensified mode if needed.

In addition to the new equipment there are 2 silos of 1 thousand tons each, they also fulfill the functions of storage of wet and dry grain, which passed the drying stage. Specified silos are the part of the system of one-time storage of grain and leguminous plants of the enterprise. This year the total capacity of one-time storage exceeds 200 thousand tons.
