Blood-based nutrition service appeared in Russia

A special Otri system has appeared in Russia which makes up a diet based on the blood tests provided. The "Made in Russia" project was told about it by the press service of the "Azbuka vkusa" retail chain.

The project is being developed by the British-Russian company Biolink.Tech, with Azbuka vkusa being one of the investors.

It is a system of food personalization based on blood tests with the possibility to buy and deliver products in one click through a mobile app.

Using Otri, it is possible to order a blood test at home, and then, based on the results compared to the information on physical activity, the doctor will give an opinion and personal recommendations on diet and habits formation.

Doctors will work in conjunction with artificial intelligence. In this case, we are talking about a neural network that is able to recognize test results and form recommendations based on them, similar to those prescribed by medical professionals. However, the final conclusion is confirmed and signed by a biochemist.

In addition, the application has a smart grocery basket, which is formed on the basis of the received recommendations for a particular user and makes it possible to arrange permanent delivery of products and ready meals.

Now the service is already available for residents of Moscow and Moscow region, and with time its geography will spread to other major cities in the country.

As it was noted in the press service, the price of a standard check-up is almost 8.5 thousand rubles. This service includes blood sampling by a nurse at home, testing for 15 biochemical markers, a comprehensive analysis of vitamin D, a doctor's report and access to the system of recommendations on diet and habits. Users also have an opportunity to use the short version for the price of 5.4 thousand rubles, in which blood will be tested for 7 biochemical markers instead of 15.
