The Russian company NORD CONNECT became the official carrier of the outfit, equipment and other sports equipment of the Peruvian national football team during the 2018 FIFA World Cup that took place in Russia.

Employees of NORD CONNECT did a great job on customs clearance, delivery of equipment of athletes from airports of Moscow to the base of the team in the hotel SkyPoint by Sheraton in Khimki near Moscow, up to the hotel rooms of football players, as well as return shipment of items to the Republic of Peru by air transport.

All in all, the company handled more than five tons of equipment arriving in Moscow by several flights, including a charter flight from Gothenburg (Sweden) to Moscow's Vnukovo airport. It took about four hours from landing at the airport to deliver the gear to the athletes, which is quite a significant result. In the course of operation, the NORD CONNECT team interacted with the ground services of the airport, the Federal Customs Service of Russia, and other parties of the process.

Officials and representatives of the Peru national team highly appreciated the level of service and professionalism of NORD CONNECT.

In addition, the company specialists performed temporary import and return shipment of television broadcasting equipment for correspondents of the national television of the Republic of Ecuador working at the press centre in Crocus City.
