The agro-industrial company Miratorg has increased the production of beef of the highest marble wagyu to 1.2 thousand kilograms per month.

The production of such meat is a new line of business of the holding. It was first launched two years ago in the Kaluga Region.

Then they opened the first specialized farm for growing bulls, which are bred by crossing the animals of Japanese breed of wagyu with aberdeen-angus. Especially for cattle breeding of such breed were brought tribal bulls.

Now the population of wagyu cross is in Kaluga and Bryansk regions and totals about 9,5 thousand heads.

In October this year, the holding's enterprises produced over 1.2 thousand kilograms of ultra-high marble beef. This is 2.3 times more than last year.
