United Shipbuilding Corporation (USC) may acquire the fish shipyard Vympel for 1 ruble. The mass media report it with reference to Alexey Rakhmanov, General Director of the shipyard.

Okay, the purchase of the Vimpel is currently under discussion. In particular, a detailed study of the asset is underway. The final decision on the deal is planned to be taken in the near future.

The cost of the plant may amount to 1 ruble.

We would like to remind you that Vympel is part of the Kalashnikov Group. Its activity is focused on the production of medium and lightweight sea and river boats and vessels for military and civil purposes.

For 90 years of its existence more than 30 thousand units of production have been produced here. This year the shipyard delivered several frontier patrol boats, a small hydrographic vessel Nikolay Skosirev and a small fishing trawler Vympel.
