The KRGC regained its rights in the Pollock Fishermen's Association through the court

The Arbitration Court of Primorsky Territory invalidated the decision of the Association of Pollock Producers (ADM) to exclude six companies of the Russian Fishery Company (RRPC) from ADM membership.

The companies have now become full members of the association, retaining the right to use the group certificate in full for exports to Europe, according to the Russian Fishermen's Association.

The group companies were expelled from ADM in the middle of September, following proposals to reform the fisheries sector.

Earlier it was reported that the fishing company sent proposals to the government to expand the mechanism of investment quotas. In addition, it proposed to hold new auctions and tighten the use of preferential tax regimes.

Today, RRIC is one of the largest customers of fishing vessels within the mechanism of investment quotas. Under its order, the Admiralty Shipyards are building ten large frozen trawlers.
