Bullitt, a manufacturer for the mining industry, launched the country's first production of rubber-ceramic pipes. The first pipes, which are 98% coated on the inside with wear-resistant ceramics, have already been installed at the Matyushinskaya processing plant. The developer's press service informed the Made in Russia project about it.

This is the first pipe of such type to be produced in Russia. The main customers of the products will be companies of coal industry. In the future, Bullitt plans to export the pipes to CIS countries, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, Vietnam, India, Indonesia and Malaysia.

Ceramic coating protects rubber pipes from abrasion, increases service life and decreases downtime. According to the developer, the new pipes are a new product for the global market and could become an alternative to metal-ceramic pipes.

Similar products have already been produced in Russia, but their wear-resistant ceramic coating did not exceed 85%.

The company uses domestic and foreign-made material.
