The production volume of Agrosila-Moloko dairy plant at the end of last year amounted to 38 thousand tons worth 1.9 billion rubles. This was reported to the Made in Russia project by the press service of Agrosila Agroholding.
This year the dairy plant is planning to produce ultrapasteurized halal milk with a shelf life of six months, skimmed cottage cheese and cottage cheese within the framework of the pilot project.
Last year the plant was equipped with new machinery worth 26 million roubles, including a sour cream paring machine, a new line for packing curd briquettes, and a separator for making traditional butter.
On average, the dairy plant receives 150 tonnes of milk a day, from which more than 130 types of products are made.
Agrosila-Moloko is preparing to launch the production of hard and brine cheeses. The project worth about 2 billion roubles will start this year. According to the plans the enterprise is to attain the full capacity in 2024.
