Made in Russia" project and Tatarstan plan to start cooperation
Interaction of the "Made in Russia" project with Tatarstan was discussed during the meeting of Anton Kobyakov, Adviser to the Russian President, with Rustam Minnikhanov, the head of the republic.
Another topic was the attraction of Roscongress Foundation's competence in organization and holding of the XIII International Economic Kazan Summit.
According to Minnikhanov, in spite of the pandemic, the republic maintained the pace of development. Now in Tatarstan there are being implemented infrastructure projects of business-places and industrial parks which in future will become points of attraction for small business. In order to avoid a shortage of workers due to the accelerated development of the manufacturing sector, the republic is developing a program to train industry professionals.
Last year, Tatarstan was among the regions with the lowest level of investment risk, ranking third in terms of digitalization.
Here, it is planned to create an investment headquarters which will be engaged in the development of regional investment projects and replication of successful practices in other regions of the country
During the meeting, the possible joining of Tatarstan to the "Made in Russia" project, which deals with the development of entrepreneurial community and carries out export activities, was discussed.
Mikhail Sadchenkov, deputy director of the Roscongress Foundation and director of the Made in Russia trade house, said that the project envisages expansion of instruments for support and development of foreign economic activity. He said that Tatarstan has the best practices in the development and support of local brands for exports, and the republic's active policy is aimed at promoting business. Therefore, as Sadchenkov added, the partnership with the region will allow to use it in Made in Russia products for the benefit of the country and other regions participating in the project.
"Made in Russia" is a digital trade and media platform for nationally oriented businesses. It consists of Made in Russia business information agency with officially registered media (madeinrussia.ru), a trading house that sells and promotes products and services outside the country.
All information is broadcast in 12 languages at once. The project's audience exceeds 50 thousand readers from 114 countries.
