A meat producer in Vladikavkaz, Delikat, has commissioned a milk production and processing complex, according to the press service of the North Ossetian government.
10-20 tonnes of milk will be processed here daily. It will be automatically poured and packed, and then sent to a refrigeration chamber.
The equipment in the shop is specially arranged so as to avoid any possibility of raw milk and ready production coming into contact with each other. The quality of milk is monitored at all production stages.
The plant receives its raw milk from local producers and farmers from Kuban's ecologically clean regions.
Before the plant was put into operation, it had been in test mode for two months.
Now the company's product line includes milk, kefir, ryazhenka, sour cream and cottage cheese.
