GAZ Group together with Azermash opened a joint plant that will produce commercial and special-purpose vehicles. We are talking about GAZel-NEXT and GAZon-NEXT vehicles.

For this purpose, the Russian company has organized the supply of machine kits, trained and certified specialists, and provided the necessary documentation and licenses.

The new enterprise will use locally assembled vehicles with components of Azerbaijani production. The production volume will be 1,500 trucks and special vehicles.

In the future, the plant intends to sell products not only within the country, but also to export machinery to foreign markets.

More than 100 new jobs were created with the opening of the enterprise in Hajigabul region of Azerbaijan.
