Planty Go, a resident of Yakutia Technopark, has developed two new games for training body muscles and balance that can be played by the whole family, the Made in Russia project was told by the Yakutia Press Centre in Moscow.

The company creates video games for children with locomotor disorders.

Now the organization has announced a campaign of goodwill, during which it encourages users to give a subscription to Planty Go to a family where a child with cerebral palsy or other conditions that limit mobility lives.

Project co-founder Evgeny Samoshkin said that last year the company donated 51 sets of its own video games to Yakutian families. In April, Planty Go's development team launched two new games, Fruit Rain and Air World, to train bending and balance. Users can now control the sensitivity and speed of the characters, and parents now have the option to play along with their kids.

"This year we are turning 2 years old, and for the birthday of the project we are launching a campaign of kindness. Anyone can gift Planty Go to a family with a special child and we will additionally provide a 3-month subscription for free," he said.

Planty Go is a series of active video games for the development of children with locomotor disabilities. According to the story of the game, children help a leaf named Planty in his adventures and thereby improve their own health. This is due to the fact that the whole process of the game is controlled by children through body tilts, which are recorded by a mobile app.

In the new game "Fruit Rain" it is necessary to help Planty collect fruit and avoid inedible objects. This develops the muscles that are responsible for leaning the body left and right, and quick reaction time.

In Air World, players need to keep the fruit on the unstable board as long as possible while dodging falling rocks. This game has a positive effect on children's balance and sense of balance.

A neurologist was involved in the creation of the project. The games were developed based on international research and recommendations of rehabilitation professionals. The platform works in English and Russian.
