Agroeko Group is building a new non-waste meat processing plant.

According to the company, the capacity of the future meat processing complex will be 3.8 million heads per year. The total monthly output will reach 1,300 tons of meat and bone meal, over 730 tons of feed fat and over 140 tons of blood meal.

It is worth noting that the Agroeko meat-processing plant will be completely waste-free thanks to a thermal processing shop.

The equipment from OESTERGAARD will be installed there. It fully complies with European quality and environmental standards. Thanks to the new equipment, the plant will not harm the environment. The installed oxidizer will prevent emissions of organic substances into the atmosphere, so the production process will not produce unpleasant odours. The heat generated by the combustion of exhaust air will be used for technological needs of the plant.

The project will require 13 billion rubles. The production processes will be fully automated, using the latest IT-solutions in management.

The plant is scheduled to be launched in 2021, and therefore, 1,300 employees are expected to be hired by the end of the year. More than 2,200 jobs will be created.
