Two ice cream factories will open in summer in Yaroslavl region

An ice cream factory will be opened in Pereslavl-Zalessky on June 12. The enterprise will annually produce about 350 tons of cold delicacies, according to the website of the Ministry of Agriculture.

During the official opening ceremony guests will be able to taste several kinds of cream ice cream, berry sorbet, fruit ice and other confectionary products of local production.

The new factory was equipped with Italian equipment. A total of 250 million roubles has been invested in the factory.

The company is going to produce up to 350 tons of ice cream per year under the "VUrpka Club" brand. Raw materials for the dessert will be purchased from regional producers. The first lot of the delicacy will leave the conveyor on the day of opening.

In addition, another ice-cream factory will be opened in summer in Yaroslavl town Tutaev by Iceberry trading house.

"The result of the first phase will be the launch of the capacity, which allows producing up to 3000 tons of products per month. The result of the second stage will be a capacity to produce 7000 tons of products per month," the agency's website says.

Production will reach its full capacity in the first quarter of the next year.
