Russia and Bavaria will hold a joint webinar on AI

Russia and Bavaria will hold a joint online seminar on artificial intelligence (AI) and law on 17 June. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia.

Participants will be able to discuss current trends in automated data analysis and the development of autonomous systems, as well as legal challenges facing Russia and Germany in this regard. Topics of the webinar also include liability for unintended consequences that AI technologies may entail and the possibility of applying existing legal regulations to new AI technologies.

It is free to attend the seminar, but you must register in advance by following the link.

The event is organized with the support of the Representation of the Federal Land of Bavaria in the Russian Federation, the Bavarian Academic Center for Central, Eastern and South-Eastern Europe (BAYHOST), Julius Maximilian University Würzburg (JMU), the German Center for Research and Innovation (DWIH) with the support of the Russian Trade Representation in Germany.

The seminar is held within the framework of the Year of Germany in Russia.
