Acceptance of applications for the second national contest "Tastes of Russia" was launched in the country on 16 June. It is designed to develop regional food brands, as well as to draw attention to the achievements of small and medium-sized businesses in the agro-industrial sector.

"In 2021, the national contest "Tastes of Russia" will be held in eight categories, such as "Nationwide", "Taste of Nature", "Gastronomic Finding", "Culinary Heritage", "People's Choice", "Taste from the Back Country", "Look Around" and "Taste Without Borders"," - reported the organizers.
