Migrants in Moscow will be able to be vaccinated with Sputnik Lite

Sputnik Lite vaccine can be used in Moscow to vaccinate migrants, the operational headquarters for preventing the spread of coronavirus in the capital reported.

"Production of Sputnik Lite has now begun. Most likely, Moscow authorities will get permission to use it to vaccinate migrants. This should happen in early July, maybe even earlier," the report said.

Earlier it was reported that "Sputnik Lite" may enter civil circulation and be used for revaccination as early as in early July.

The Sputnik Lite vaccine is the first component (recombinant human adenovirus serotype 26 (rAd26)) of the Sputnik V vaccine. The efficacy of the single-component Sputnik Lite vaccine is 79.4% from day 28 after receiving immunization.
