A large-scale automated business check-up has been launched in all regions of Russia. The service checks the business in three minutes according to 44 indicators after which the representatives of the center "My Business" will contact the company and offer relevant measures and services of state support, the Ministry of Economic Development of the country (Ministry of Economic Development) said.

The service was developed by SME Corporation jointly with the Ministry of Economic Development as part of the national project to support entrepreneurship, which is supervised by First Deputy Prime Minister Andrei Belousov.

"The check-up is conducted in two stages: prescoring - for a preliminary assessment of the company, and scoring - at this stage there is an extended assessment of various quantitative and qualitative performance indicators. For the assessment we use data from open sources of information of the Federal Tax Service, the Federal Bailiff Service, the Central Bank of Russia, Rospatent, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, the Unified Information System in the field of procurement, the Unified Federal Resource of bankruptcy information", - the ministry said.

According to the results of the check-up, representatives of the support infrastructure organizations contact the companies, which have passed the scoring and proactively offer relevant for each specific business measures and services of the state support: preferential loans, guarantees, acceleration programs and other federal and regional measures.

The ministry believes that the new service will make decision-making on business support "as transparent and open as possible with the appearance of a single standard for decision-making". In addition, it will be possible to assess the effectiveness of the support provided and form a feedback system on business satisfaction.

"If earlier a businessman or representative of business support infrastructure had to collect a large number of documents from various organizations in order to get the appropriate support measures or indicate to an entrepreneur that he has tax and other types of debts, now with a single click of a button 44 indicators of business will be available in three minutes", - said Deputy Minister Tatyana Ilyushnikova.

In the future, it is planned to integrate the service into the digital platform for small and medium business, where businessmen will be able to diagnose their business and check the appropriate support measures within a few minutes. The function will be available in the personal office of the entrepreneur.

"A fast and simple business assessment procedure will make it possible to make the targeted selection of support measures as effective as possible in each specific case. ...Our task is not just to offer the entrepreneur various financial and non-financial services, but to form the tools that this particular enterprise needs at a given moment. In the future, this process will be automated and the SME Digital Platform itself will offer the necessary support measures. This will allow to organically build state support measures and services into the existing business processes of the companies and to form the state customer-centric system", - added Alexander Isaevich, General Director of SME Corporation.
