My Business Center in the Novosibirsk region provided about 20 thousand services to small and medium-sized businesses in 2020, the center's website reports, citing the region's Minister of Industry, Trade and Entrepreneurship Development Andrei Goncharov.

According to him, the most demanded in the region is consulting support for business. Thus, hotline specialists of the center "My Business" have processed more than 10 thousand calls since the beginning of 2020. He noted that since 2020, the agency has intensified its work to support social entrepreneurship and help entrepreneurs to export.

"If in previous years most of the contracts were concluded following in-person events with foreign partners, this year all the attention is focused on finding partners online - access to export through Internet sites," Goncharov said.

According to regional authorities, a total of 373 entrepreneurs were supported in 2020, resulting in 80 small and medium-sized businesses entering into export contracts. Entrepreneurs also received financial assistance: in 2020, the region's Microfinance Fund issued 454 loans worth over 885 million rubles, and the Guarantee Fund issued 344 sureties for over 3.2 million rubles.
