Investment company Sistema is in talks to buy a stake in Russian cosmetics maker Natura Siberica, The Bell reports.

At least the first wife of the brand's late founder Andrey Trubnikov Irina and her children are involved in the negotiations with Sistema, the paper's source said. Irina Trubnikova owns stakes in all legal entities of Natura Siberica, her share in the group is about 40%. Trubnikova's children shall receive 15% each when distributing the inheritance (the deadline for accepting the shares expires on July 7). Thus, even in case of successful negotiations with this group of relatives only, Sistema may become the controlling shareholder, says the source. After the sale of their stakes, the businessman's relatives do not plan to participate in the brand management.

According to the media, several other major businessmen showed interest in buying the brand, but by this time preliminary agreements with Sistema had already been reached.
